Cooking oil should not be reused more than twice well explained in Hindi by volunteer from Rajasthan .The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) will impose a new rule on eateries and restaurants. This rule will prohibit them from using the same batch of cooking oil for more than three times.Sharmila Sanyal, professor at the All India Institute of Hygiene and Public Health, says, “Aldehydes form when the same cooking oil is reused and these are carcinogenic.

Addressing non-communicable diseases in adolescence

Policymaking should include young people. In order to determine how best to talk with adolescents, young people need to have a seat at the policy table, and to be actively involved in establishing programmes and campaigns that will be directed at their peers. Examples of this happening in practice include Women Deliver and the WHO’s Youth Leaders Network. Mechanisms to effectively and authentically engage these youth advocates need to be put in place, so that they can represent the broad spectrum of their age group.
